Butter chicken was by far one of the meals I missed the MOST when becoming dairy free. I turns out butter, cream, and yogurt have dairy in it… how rude. So after 6 years of being dairy free, I finally decided to give it a shot myself. And dare I say it’s even better than the real thing?? Even Thomas, my super picky husband, loves it… and trust me that’s no easy feat. I also decided to give gluten free naan a shot, so I’ll leave the recipe I used linked below.
