I fear this might be my best day of eating yet (pretty sure I said that last week too, but this honestly might beat it) 🤭🤭 If there is one thing I’m a slut for, its butter beans!! And if you’ve never had butter beans before, let this be your sign bc they truly are the best bean. They’re thin, soft, and take on the flavor of pretty much anything you cook it with and this week’s butter bean dish has quickly become my new fixation meal… I’m obsessed. And it only takes 10 minutes to make! Anyways, I need to stfu about butter beans… IM JUST VERY PASSIONATE OKAY ‼️
